Step Three:

Course Placement & Transcripts

  • If you have earned fewer than 12 college credits, you need to request your official high school transcript, including SAT scores, to be sent to the Admissions Office.

  • If you earned a 450 in Evidence Based Reading and Writing and a 380 in Math on the SAT, you do not need to take the Accuplacer Test 

  • If any of your SAT score fall below the requirements above, you will need to take part or all of the Accuplacer test.

  • If you do not have SAT scores or college transcripts, you will earned to take the Accuplacer test.

  • Accuplacer  is free of charge and is taken in the Learning and Testing Center, located in the upper level of the Schoenherr Campus Center on a walk-in basis.

  • Please contact the Learning and Testing Center at (231) 843-5528 for testing hours.

  • If you have taken any college courses, request an official copy of your transcripts be sent directly to the Student Records office. We accept electronic transcripts if official. Transcripts can be mailed to:
