Registration is underway for children’s swimming lessons to be held at West Shore Community College’s Recreation Center.
The lessons will be offered in three sessions. The first session is from June 12 – June 23, the second from June 26 – July 7, and the third from July 10 – July 21.
Children will be placed in the appropriate class according to their skill level – with the placements to be done by the program director and the Red Cross Water Safety Instructor.
The program will use the six-level Red Cross learn-to-swim method that progresses from level one, water exploration, to level seven, advanced skills.
Lessons are for 50 minutes each day.
Cost is $70 for the first child, $65 for the second child and $60 for all other children payment is due at the time of registration.
